August 15th is Dave’s birthday. I do have something for you Dave. I’m keeping a secret for you. I know something that might be a problem for you later. Honestly, have you ever considered another line of work? You probably should. Don’t worry, I won’t tell the secret today, but I’m pretty sure I’ll need to report it eventually, for the sake of justice. Justice, huge fines and if we’re all lucky, prison. This stuff just falls in my lap and it’s too entertaining not to share! Gosh, the suspense is palpable.
Update for July 2009

Well, I promised you an update for July, not all of it is confirmed, but here it is:
First: It appears that Worthington Moore and Jacobs has closed it’s Dover, Delaware office. This could be for a variety of reasons, financial and personal. Since David Caprario’s latest paramour left her husband in Delaware and moved herself in with Mr. Caprario. Why would he still need an office there? Anyway, if you look at WMJCollect’s website, they still show a Dover office and that Melanie Kelsall (yet another former female employee) works there. However, it may be that WMJ couldn’t afford to upgrade the info on the company website, or they want prospective clients to think they are bigger then they are in reality.
Second: Bad news for old Dave and WMJ Collect on the EEOC front. Based on this excerpt from findarticles.com:
“Women due back pay, damages
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said a U.S. magistrate judge in Baltimore recommended a group of seven women receive more than $678,300 in back pay and damages in a sex discrimination and retaliation lawsuit EEOC filed against a Maryland collection agency. A final determination on damages will be made by the U.S. District Court judge. The EEOC said the women “were repeatedly sexually harassed by Sam Muffoletto, an attorney and president of Worthington, Moore and Jacobs Inc., a collection agency with offices in Ellicott City, and formerly in Dover, Del.” The EEOC said the women were demoted, transferred and/or fired or forced out of their jobs after they reported their treatment by Muffoletto.”
Ouch, I bet that one really stung. Be looking for a yard sale in front of Dave’s house soon. And Melanie, you’re going to need more than the job with the City of Frederick to help WMJ make those payments. I guess it won’t be long before there’s a padlock on the front door of Worthington Moore and Jacobs. Wouldn’t it be funny if they started getting calls from another commercial collection agency to pay up on the judgement? However, I suspect that the legal maneuvering (provided he can still afford it) isn’t over yet. It’s no wonder Dave had a little temper tantrum and drove by a former employee’s house and got into a shouting match with the guy while he (Dave) had a young child in the car (”It’s all about love baby”). Bad form Dave.

Well, rumor has it that David Caprario’s latest “shack up” is Melanie K. If you’re interested, we’ll give you the whole sordid story as it unfolds. This one should be really interesting and as a bonus we’ll try and post a picture. Think Delaware on this one.

Well, Worthington Moore and Jacobs better be watching it’s Ps and Qs. It looks like Lebau And Neuworth are breathing down your neck pretty good. You think they’ve had a chance to look at your court record? It would be interesting to see if your ex wives would be willing to talk with them about how you treat women. Better yet, do you think Alisha Yost might want to chat with them. After all, she goes way back to the eighties!
Do you think they’ve seen the “rape” accusation email yet? Hmm, maybe.
Don’t worry, I’m sure both your ex wives and Ms Yost only have nice things to say about you.
But if they don’t, doesn’t that put Worthington Moore and Jacobs in an unpleasant position, I mean even more than you are now? How’s business?
